I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Photo Studio Solutions, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the photos or content I provide, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights claims.

I also consent to receive communications from Photo Studio Solutions, LLC regarding my order, including emails, text messages, and phone calls for order updates, customer service, and other business-related communications. I understand that I may opt out of marketing communications at any time, where applicable.
